The Growth Team Workshop Outline
A 2-Day offsite with the whole leadership team or the whole business. A good number is anything from 8 – 16 people.
Focus on building a stronger team that agrees on the way they will work best together and aligns behind their values and standards as a team.
Focus on sharing and aligning behind the leaders Vision. Developing a clear Purpose for achieving the Vision, understanding what is holding the team back today, what have they already tried, who is already achieving the result they want (or something similar), and agreeing a high level set of key steps to get to the Vision.
A break through team activity to create an even tighter bonding i.e. a firewalk, glass walk, board breaking, trust exercise etc
Break into small groups and start building more detailed plans around the high level key steps.
Get team alignment and ownership behind the actions and agree a sustainable management system.

The cost of the workshop as outlined above is £5,000 excluding VAT. This excludes expenses and the cost of the evening day 1 activity like a firewalk – these cost around £800 - £1500 excluding VAT.
Included is ½ day of coaching/ mentoring and preparation with the business leader, 1 day preparation, 2 days delivering the workshop and 1 day writing up the output.
